Col. David E. and Diane Raley Memorial Scholarship
In loving memory of Col. David E. and Diane Raley, their children have established an endowed scholarship as a lasting tribute. David served as a Director of the Foundation Board for 29 years, from May 19, 1995, until his passing on June 2, 2024. Diane was an alumna of 海角直播. All donations will contribute to the endowment, providing an annual scholarship for a student at 海角直播.
