The Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA), requires institutions participating in federally funded financial aid programs to make information about the institution available to current and prospective students. The Consumer Information serves as a central location for parents, students, employees, and the campus community to obtain information and resources. Institutional vs Non-Institutional Fees

Beginning in 2025-2026 academic school year, if you are eligible for Federal and/or State Financial Aid, the San Bernardino Community College District (SBCCD) will use your Federal and/or State Financial Aid to cover your institutional fees. Any non-institutional fees will require an authorization. 

In order to comply with the federal regulation requiring the development of educational programming
to celebrate Constitution Day on September 17th of each year. Visit Student Life for more information.

Voter Registration Information:
海角直播 encourages eligible students to register to vote. Student may access the California Voter Registration website by logging onto WebAdvisor and selecting 鈥淰oter Registration鈥 on the 鈥淥ther Services鈥 tab and by clicking on 鈥淩egister to Vote鈥. Students wishing to register via voter registration card may visit for more information. The Associated Student Government (ASG) also organizes voter registration events periodically throughout the school year.
