Note: When you sign up, select San Bernardino Community College District as your school.
- Call Customer Care: 1-877-327-9515

Note: Effective July 1, 2026, if you do not have a valid mobile phone number on file with the college, you will be prompted to provide one through BM Technologies. This will trigger BM Technologies' enhanced identity verification process.

To avoid this additional verification step, please make sure a valid mobile phone number is on file with your school account before then. You may update your personal information in Self-Service.
