For Student Equity funds requests: Please explain how the request aligns with the goals and objectives of the Student Equity Plan (list objectives) and will impact one or more of the following for any of the disproportionally impacted groups: Access, course success, throughput rate, degree/certificate completion and/or transfer rate. Also, indicate how this activity contributes to the enhancement of the college.

For Student Success funds requests: Please explain how the request supports/enhances the provision of the core services of orientation, assessment, counseling and follow-up funded by the Student Success and Support Program.
