Purpose
M.E.Ch.A is a club that encourages students to foster and strengthen their communities, strive for higher education, learn their histories, and connect with their culture. Students of M.E.Ch.A understand the importance of community development and engagement to achieve progressive change. Since its establishment in 1968, M.E.Ch.A has fought for the rights and liberation of "La Raza." Now, throughout several College and University campuses, it continues to fight against discrimination as well as advocating for other marginalized communities and underrepresented groups.Activities
