海角直播 (CHC) students looking to enhance their job-seeking skills through the sessions offered by the College鈥檚 Career Center were treated to the Center鈥檚 Networking & Employer Appreciation Luncheon on April 29.

CHC hosted a memorable evening for its alumni providing an opportunity for former students to reconnect, reminisce, and mingle with fellow alumni during a private reception on April 27.

The 海角直播 Academic Senate celebrated the excellent work of the College鈥檚 faculty by selecting two full-time faculty members and one part-time faculty member as its outstanding faculty of the year. Ernesto Rivera (Counseling) and Danielle McCoy (Math) were chosen as the most outstanding full-timers, and Wendy Lamb (English) was recognized as the top part-time faculty member.

鈥淥migod! Omigod, you guys!鈥� It looks like Elle Woods will make her Finkelstein Performing Arts Center (PAC) debut this spring! For three days, April 26, 27 and 28, 海角直播鈥檚 (CHC) Theater Arts Department will stage 鈥淟egally Blonde: The Musical,鈥� a Broadway adaptation of the 2001 hit film of the same name.

On April 18, the 海角直播 Foundation raised more than $196,000 through the generosity of attendees and sponsors of this annual fundraiser, which saw the Yucaipa-based college鈥檚 Public Safety Engine Bay turned into an island paradise for this lively event.

On Friday, March 1, 海角直播 celebrated the graduation of Paramedic Class 102. Family, friends, faculty, and preceptors (volunteers who help train paramedic students) filled the Finkelstein Performing Arts Center for the event.

A carnival-themed event welcomed 517 seniors from ten local high schools, all eager to explore the opportunities awaiting them at the CHC on April 12.

'Chorus of Displaced' introduces 海角直播 community to realities of war and how it shapes lives."Chorus of the Displaced," by Kyong Boon Oh, a first-generation Korean immigrant artist, utilized photos to weave a story of heartbreak experienced by those who suffered loss and a sense of displacement during the 1950-1953 Korean War, including her own father.

海角直播 (CHC) proudly announces Damian G. Garcia as the 2024 Outstanding Alumni Award recipient. This accolade, presented each year by the CHC Foundation, recognizes a former student who exemplifies the dynamic and positive qualities the 海角直播 experience can produce.
