Administrative Changes at CHC

In a memo on March 1, San Bernardino Community College District Chancellor Bruce Baron informed faculty and staff that Dr. Wei Zhou and Dr. Kathy Bakhit are on administrative leave effective immediately. In a statement to the press, Baron said, 鈥淲e thank them for their service at 海角直播. However, it is SBCCD's policy not to comment on matters relating to personnel.鈥�
At the direction of the SBCCD Board of Trustees, Chancellor Baron is working with faculty and staff to ensure 海角直播 students have the strong support they need to continue toward their educational and career goals.
In the press statement, Baron also said, 鈥淪tudent success is our top priority. SBCCD will work with faculty, staff, students and community members to launch a national search to recruit a new campus president and vice president of instruction. We are committed to building on 海角直播鈥檚 legacy of innovative workforce development programs and academic excellence.鈥�
