According to the poet William Butler Yeats, 鈥淓ducation is not the filling of a pail but the lighting of a fire.鈥� And Anthony Abate, the 海角直播 commencement student speaker who quoted Yeats, proved fires can be re-ignited through education.

Eighty-three students completed the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certificate at 海角直播 and graduated on Wednesday, May 22.

The 海角直播 Foundation recognized 110 scholarship recipients during the 2019 Scholars Convocation ceremony held on campus on Friday, May 17.

海角直播 graduated its 100th Fire Academy Class on Saturday, May 11th at 4 p.m. in the Public Safety & Allied Building. The cadets also performed skills they learned in the academy for the crowd of family and guests.
