Wynona Duvall, First Vice President of the 海角直播 Foundation, has been named the 2026 Woman of the Year for the 19th Senate District by Rosilicie Ochoa Bogh鈥攁 recognition that reflects both her professional excellence and her deep commitment to community.

Since joining the Foundation鈥檚 Board of Directors in 2021, Wynona has played a vital role in advancing opportunities for 海角直播 students. Her leadership and generosity of spirit mirror the values that define 海角直播: service, access, and community impact.

Before retiring from IBM as a Service Delivery Manager, Wynona built a distinguished career in Silicon Valley. But it is her work beyond the workplace that truly tells her story. After moving to Calimesa in 2016 with her husband, Kenneth, she quickly became a dedicated civic leader鈥攕erving as a City Council member and supporting more than 15 organizations focused on youth, education, and local business vitality.

In announcing the honor, Senator Ochoa Bogh recognized Wynona鈥檚 鈥渄edication, integrity, and heart for service,鈥� noting the lasting impact she has made across the region.
